Customer Service Graduate Trainee at Trufoods

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email or in person in a professional and timely manner.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently.
• Record and update customer interactions in the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Escalate complex customer concerns to senior team members when necessary
• Processing orders as received and quote requests.
• Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Customer performance tracking by monitoring and evaluating sales purchase trends especially on focus categories and overall targets achievement.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and contribute to team performance goals

Minimum Qualifications:

• A recent Graduate in Degree/ Diploma in Business / Sales or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation skills & ability to maintain good customer relationships.
• Proficiency in Ms Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
