Customer Service Representative (French And English) at Solvo Global

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers through phone, email, and text channels
• Resolve inquiries efficiently while delivering an exceptional customer experience
• Use CRM tools to document customer interactions
• Maintain accurate customer information in internal systems
