Customer Service Representative at Solvo Global

Schedule: Monday to Sunday, rotating shifts between 4:00 PM and 4:00 AM (Kenya Time), totaling 44 hours per week, with 2 days off per week.

About the Role:

• As a Tire Support Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for consumers, tire installers, and wholesale distributors. You'll assist customers with tire-related inquiries and support existing orders through multiple channels, including:
• Voice Calls
• Chat Support
• Email Support

Requirements:

• English proficiency: C1+ (Advanced)
• 6-12 months of Customer Service experience in a Call Center environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a growth mindset
• Ability to multitask across different communication channels
• Full availability for rotating shifts
• Ability to pass English and skills assessments
