    The resource should have experience as mentioned below :

    1. Trouble shooting experience of various gadgets
    2. Gadget savvy & should be able to handle various types of gadgets with minimal help
    3. Should be able to read, follow and guide participants on the given instructions
    4. Strong logical reasoning skills
    5. Should have Contact Centre experience
