Data Analyst Intern at NW Realite Limited

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Collect, clean, and validate data from various sources (surveys, databases, spreadsheets, APIs).
• Analyse business performance, market trends, and user behaviour using tools such as Excel, SQL, Python, or R.
• Create insightful dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, or Excel). Prepare clear, concise reports that communicate findings to management and clients.
• Maintain and update company databases while ensuring data integrity and security.
• Provide data-driven insights to support strategic and operational decisions.

KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE

• Fresh graduate in Data Science | Statistics | Information Technology | Business Analytics | Computer Science
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, charts) and SQL
• Basic knowledge of Python (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib) or R
• Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Strong numerical and analytical ability
• Attention to detail, curiosity, and problem-solving mindset
• Excellent communication and time management skills
• (Bonus) Understanding of the real estate industry or exposure to business analytics projects
