Data Science Intern at Gro Intelligence

Gro's AI research team works on long-term research projects that have product impact. You will be working in close collaboration with scientists and other engineers on practical applications of NLP.

What You'll Do

• Conduct applied and fundamental research in knowledge graph representation, ontology matching, information extraction, and semantic search
• Collect and manipulate relevant data to perform analyses, construct methodologies, and formulate solutions
• Use ML and deep learning approaches to scale the process of annotating and labeling data.
• Apply and use recent large-scale NLP models (GPT3, BERT)
• Design and build NLP algorithms for semantic analysis, machine translation, and named-entity recognition

What we're looking for

• University students (including recent graduates) studying for a BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field
• Strong python skills - particularly focused on;
  • Complexities in relation to algorithms and data structure
  • Modeling - especially with deep-learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow
• Ability to source, clean, and manipulate data
• Creative and passionate problem-solver
