Qualifications
- Diploma in a business related field.
- At least 1 Year of working Experience.
- Exposure in a customer service, sales/credit control or call centre environment is an added advantage.
Key Skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Strong customer engagement & relationship management.
- Proficiency in MS office,excel & word with proficiensy in using collection system.
- Commission based salary of upto 25% of Collected Revenue.
