Debt Recovery Officer- Mobile Money

- Qualification Diploma
- Experience 1 - 3 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Banking
Requirements
- Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Finance, Customer Service, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of work experience in debt recovery and credit management
- Proven experience in debt collection, preferably in mobile loans or digital lending platforms.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel.
- High integrity, self-motivated, and target-driven
