The role
Unlike any other e-commerce company in Kenya, we want to create a personal connection with our customers. Our delivery drivers are the most important touchpoint that customers have with Greenspoon. Therefore we are looking for the best delivery drivers of the country. The drivers should be a true representation of the Greenspoon brand, master driving with our vans and deliver an 'honestly delicious' experience for our customers. The driver is responsible for the deliveries in the neighborhood he/she covers.
The profile of drivers that we are looking for is the following:
Working as a driver is fun: you have good work life balance as you work during the day and you make your customers happy with delicious products. You will receive a fixed compensation and every week you are eligible for a variable reward based on:

You will then be invited to do an analytical test and to record a video to introduce yourself. You are then invited for physical interviews where we will test your customer centricity, map reading and planning skills.
