    Delivery Manager

    About the Role

    For AIfluence, you will leverage the power of our platform to drive revenue, user acquisition and brand awareness and support digital transformation strategies for our clients. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing campaigns for a diverse portfolio of our local and global clients.  Reporting to a Lead Delivery Manager, you will directly contribute to revenue-driving opportunities, and client retention KPIs. This is a critical role in a fast-growing team that will support our global expansion. Successful candidates will leverage their performance marketing expertise to provide data-based campaign optimization, recommendations, and flawless execution. 

    This is a Nairobi-based hybrid working position and requires the candidate to be a self-starter who can juggle multiple tasks at once, lead projects independently with minimum supervision and work harmoniously with a diverse group of people. 

    What you will do: 

    • Creating and executing  strong campaign strategies & execution plans.
    • Campaign management - planning, AB testing, execution, performance tracking, analysis, and reporting. 
    • Align the execution of campaigns to the goals, KPIs, timelines, and budgets of the business and the campaign.
    • Managing budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
    • Closely monitor performance against campaign goals, benchmarks, and KPIs and proactively report on status flagging concerns as soon as they arise while offering remedial recommendations. 
    • Working closely with the management to share funnel conversion improvement ideas, feedback & present results. influencer campaigns.
    • Develop and propagate best practices in project execution, risk mitigation, change, and escalation management on an ongoing basis.
    • Provide enablement and campaign knowledge management to ensure that the extended delivery teams maintain a high level of competence and operational excellence.
    • Continuously Identify new high-growth and high-volume digital opportunities, take ownership and project manage new initiatives as appropriate.
    • Manage campaign delivery team(s) by coaching Creator Success Officers towards exceeding campaign KPIs.
    • Execute effective influencer programs on a performance basis to strategically maximize value creation for clients.
    • Prepare and present analyzed campaign data in report form capturing meaningful insights, and recommendations.

    Who you are

    • You have a burning desire to change the marketing and advertising landscape. 
    • You have prior experience in a performance marketing role as well as experience building effective multi-channel marketing strategies, including affiliate marketing, PPC, SEO, social media, and other digital channels.
    • You have solid expertise in campaign and channel analysis and reporting, including Google Analytics experience.
    • You will work with other people, internally and externally, so enjoying a collaborative and personable environment is key.
    • Our work is both complex and fluid in nature, so being able to creatively approach a problem and propose innovative solutions is critical.
    • You possess excellent analytical skills and leverage data, metrics, analytics, and consumer behavior trends to drive actionable insights & recommendations.
    • Creative thinker with an entrepreneurial spirit, can-do attitude, and strong implementation ability.
    • You pay extreme attention to detail with relentlessly high standards and have an innate willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
    • Highly motivated, resourceful problem-solver with the ability to lead and interact effectively with cross-functional teams.

    Required Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree required.
    • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing.
    • At least 2 years of experience as a Google Ads Specialist or similar role.
    • Exceptional presentation, written and verbal communication skills.
    • Experience with data-driven analysis (in Excel or other tools, e.g., Power BI, Tableau, etc.) 
    • Experience in creative development and coordination of digital media campaigns across our core verticals (Banking, FMCG, and Telcos) will be advantageous.
    • Excellent project management, interpersonal and organizational skills.

    Nice to have

    • Fluency in Arabic or French is an added advantage.
    • Positive attitude, great sense of humor, enthusiastic, proactive, and driven.
    • Photography/video production and/or experience with the Adobe creative suite is an advantage.
    • Experience working with Google suite & Microsoft Office suite of applications.
    • Google Ads Certification is a plus.
