Delivery Quality Assurance Engineer at Sheer Logic

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Make sure quality and safety are built into all project work and meet customers’ requirements; Guide project teams on how to follow quality and safety rules for customers;
• As the customer’s OSH team main interface, ensure regular reporting in line with their requirements, and maintain compliance with meeting and feedback expectations;
• Help project teams talk about and solve quality and safety issues, keeping customer needs in mind; Assist on creating quality and safety plan for projects and ensuring the respect of QEHS rules for reaching customers satisfaction;
• Ensure quality and safety standards are upheld across projects, while continuously enhancing customer experience;
• Work with project teams to find risks and make projects safer for everyone, including customers; Help look into any project problems (even customer complaints) and work with teams to fix them;
• Encourage everyone on project teams to always improve quality and safety for a better customer experience;
• Be the go-to person for quality and safety questions for project teams;
• Make sure all project work follows quality and safety rules and meets customer standards.
• Support project risk management with a focus on achieving zero fatal accidents and preventing major accidents through proactive risk identification and mitigation.
• Assist the project team in resolving QEHS issues and implementing preventative actions to avoid major accidents.
• Analyze QEHS data to drive continuous improvement and identify opportunities to prevent serious incidents, working towards zero fatalities.
• Support incident investigations with an emphasis on understanding and preventing potential major accidents and fatalities.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Risk Management, Telecommunications, or a related field; Familiarity with the telecommunications sector is a plus;
• NEBOSH Certificate will be an advantage;
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Quality Assurance;
• Willingness to learn new skills: Quality of field works deliverables, Telecommunications Technologies.
