Deputy City Manager Operations and Technical Service at County Government of Kisumu

Requirements for appointment
For appointment to this position a candidate must:

• Be a citizen of Kenya;
• Have served and proven experience in Urban Planning either in Public or Private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
•  Hold a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Architect, Built Environment, Environment, Social Sciences, Management, Project Management, Public Health or a related area from a University recognized in Kenya;
• Hold a post graduate qualification in Engineering, Architect, Built Environment, Environment, Social Sciences, Management, Project Management, Public Health or a related area from a University recognized in Kenya or its equivalent;
• Be a member of a relevant professional association or body and in good standing;
• Be in possession of Leadership Course lasting not less than four (4) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Have worked and resided in the Kisumu County for at least five (5) years; and
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya
