The opportunity
You will be one of three Deputy Company Secretaries within Plan International's Governance team, playing a key role in delivering high-quality governance support to both the organisation's senior management and governing bodies. Reporting to the Company Secretary, you will lead governance support for the Executive Leadership Team and related management-level bodies, while working closely with your fellow Deputy Company Secretaries to support the International Board, Members' Assembly, their standing committees, and any ad hoc committees. You will also help deliver an effective company administration and secretariat service, provide expert advice on corporate governance processes and requirements, and coordinate and attend key governance meetings, including periodic face-to-face meetings held internationally. The next Leadership Team and International Board meeting is scheduled to take place in Nairobi, Kenya, in December 2026.
