Served in the Public Service and ICT profession for a minimum period of ten (10) years;
A bachelor’s degree in computer science/information communication technology/ electrical or Electronic Engineering or any other ICT related discipline from a recognized Institution.
A master’s degree in computer science / IT or any other ICT related discipline from a recognized institution will be an added advantage.
Obtained a Professional Certification in Information Technology or other related disciplines from a recognized certifying body.
Membership in a recognized ICT professional body
Demonstrated a high degree of competence in identifying, designing, and monitoring information technology projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Proven system deployment skills
Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate IT team effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess business process gaps and develop effective solutions.
Job Description
Projects; adherence to standards and procedures for systems development projects;
Providing guidelines and advise to e-Government project managers;
Periodic review of projects systems and procedures and recommending improvements;
Lnitiating policy review and updating of existing regulations on computing management including drawing of computer specifications for equipment’s and services;
Ensuring adherence enforcement of all regulations, procedures and practices on computing management in the e-Government division.
