Deputy Director Public Investments Management at Isiolo County Government

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop policies and regulations on the county government’s asset management; Manage the county's public investment policy; Provide advice to the county government on divestiture of public enterprisesandcoordination of public-private partnerships;
• Overseeing and managing different stages of the county government’s public investment projects; 
• Undertake and oversee timely submission of statutory and management financial reportsrelated to public investments; 
• Monitor the management of the finances of public enterprises and investments bythecounty government, and its entities

Requirements for appointment 

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Public Policy, Economics, BusinessManagement (Finance option) or equivalent qualification from a recognised institution.
• A Master’s degree in a relevant field will be an added advantage. Professional certification and membership in relevant professional bodies (ICPAK, ICPSK). 
• Demonstrated professional and managerial competence in finance and accountsfunctions as reflected in work performance and results.
