Deputy Principal (Head of Academics & Administration)

This role is designed for a seasoned education leader ready to drive academic performance, strengthen administrative systems, and foster a high-performing school environment.

You will play a critical role in:
- Leading curriculum implementation (CBC & 8-4-4)
- Driving student performance and academic outcomes
- Managing teaching staff and departmental leadership
- Overseeing school operations and compliance
- Enhancing staff development and institutional growth
What we’re looking for:
- TSC Registered professional
- 5–8 years teaching experience (3+ years in leadership)
- Strong academic and administrative background
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- High level of professionalism and integrity
