Deputy Quality Manager

- Qualification BA/BSc/HND , MBA/MSc/MA
- Experience 5 years
- Location Nairobi
- Job Field Medical / Healthcare
Role purpose
- Lead quality management and continuous improvement across Bliss Healthcare facilities, driving patient safety, regulatory compliance, consistent standards, and
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Studies, Quality Management, or a related field Master's degree in Healthcare Management or a related discipline is an advantage
- Minimum 5 years' experience in healthcare quality management, quality assurance, or a related field
- Strong experience in quality audits, SOPS, regulatory compliance, and team leadershipoperational excellence.
