Participate in planning and execution of vibrant stock take exercise and ensure that stock controls are in place.
Focus on reducing variances and holding stakeholders accountable for losses through robust checking of variance explanations and stock adjustment request. Targeting to maintain 2% as per set KPI target on stock take assessment score on a monthly basis.
Ensure accurate and timely posting of stock adjustments by checking postings and preparing monthly stock take schedule.
Coordinate and lead pre-stock take meeting.
Check stock take adjustments are posted as approved and prepare an analysis report monthly.
Check blocked materials and compare with materials in the provision list and challenge the ageing of blocked materials for non-conforming stocks to expedite write off.
Drive excellent stakeholder management and facilitate flawless flow of information
Own and drive inventory holding position (Working capital) ensuring that insights are generated and inventory is at efficient levels at all times
Support in stock take process improvement across the supply value chain.
Work on special projects as assigned by the Head of Supply Finance
Experience / Skills Required
Education & Professional Qualification
Business degree
Chartered Accountant or similar qualification
Knowledge/Experience
Minimum 3 years’ experience, preferably in an international FMCG company with at least 1 years’ experience, in stock accounting in a manufacturing environment
Business co-piloting & ERP experience
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills with all levels of the organization.
