• We are seeking a results-driven Digital Content Strategist & Social Media Manager to lead our online and for our existing clients' brand presence, create compelling content strategies, and drive measurable engagement across platforms. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with strong analytical skills, able to translate brand goals into impactful digital campaigns.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital content strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Plan, create, and publish engaging, high-quality content across all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Create and manage social media calendar(s) and ensure timely, consistent posting.
• Create and optimize SEO friendly blog articles across our websites
• Use an analytics tool to track, measure, and optimize content performance.
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, marketing, sales) to ensure brand consistency.
• Monitor industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
• Engage with online communities, respond to comments/messages, and build audience relationships.
• Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms and Google and measure ROI.
• Ensure all content adheres to brand tone, voice, and visual identity guidelines.

Who You Are:

• Proven work experience as a Digital Content Strategist, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful social media campaigns and content strategies.
• Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual storytelling skills.
• Proficiency with social media management tools (i.e., Hubspot, SocialBee) and analytics tools (i.e., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization.
• Strong understanding of paid media campaigns and targeting strategies.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a data-driven approach.
