• As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you’ll play a crucial role in executing the company’s digital marketing campaigns across various online platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Content creation and management of social media, e-commerce platform/online shop (write and update images and texts to keep the platform up to date, relevant, and SEO optimized)
• Drafting and executing digital marketing campaigns with a heavy focus on Google (AdWords and organic search) and social media (Instagram, Facebook).
• Create and manage organic search campaigns through SEO
• Setting up and monitoring profitable pay-per-click advertising campaigns across different networks and platforms
• Monitor and optimize conversion rates
• Measure, analyze, and report campaign performances as the basis for data-driven marketing decisions
• Propose topics for our skincare blog and write blog post drafts with SEO in mind
• Email marketing campaigns, newsletters & promotion material development
• Website Management
• Participate in all aspects of marketing/special events planning and execution – market activations, fairs, promotional events, etc
• Works closely with other team members e.g., developing marketing content
• Adhere to company policies and rules
• Undertake any other work-related duties as allocated by Management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing, business or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a digital marketing assistant.
• In-depth knowledge of marketing techniques and databases.
• Proficient in MS Office and marketing software.
• Knowledge of CRM tools, Google AdWords, and online analytics.
• Familiarity with editing software like CANVA , Snappa, Photoshop and video programs
• Understanding of advanced marketing principles.
• Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good understanding of office management.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently on projects.
• Ability to conduct in-depth research
• Able to film content.
