    Director Corporate Services

    Description

    OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB

    The job holder is in charge of the directorate of he corporate services. He/She is to provide strategic leadership, coordination and management of Financial Accounts, Human Resource Management and Development, Administration information and Communications Technology and Corporate Communications Departments.

    He/She will be responsible for the development, ope-rationalization and implementation of strategies and policies of the directorate in accordance with the policies specified by the board of directors and implementing and enforcing relevant Government circular & Directives.

    Key Responsibilities

    Duties and Responsibilities at this level will entail

    1. developing and overseeing the implementation of a dynamic corporate strategy that is able to deliver exemplary services and results an envisioned in the strategic plan.
    2. Coordinate Corporate performance management process of all directorate processes of ll the Departments in CLE

    • Tax Compliance Certificate from Kenya Revenue Authority
    • Clearance certificate by Credit Reference Bureau
    • Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations
    • Successful applicants will be trained and retained in the Council database for engagement on a need basis. Those who have previously served the Council in various
    • roles are encouraged to apply.
