OkHi is looking for a seasoned Director of Operations who has previously led a tech startup through Series A growth and beyond. They are equally familiar with operating in Africa as they are in Europe/US. They have a proven track record of maximising team productivity and happiness while scaling a business across multiple countries. They are versatile - able to operationalise the sales team, lead hiring and manage the financial and legal requirements of the business. They will operate autonomously, grow and manage their operations team and help drive OkHi's strategic direction. They will be mission driven and live our company values.
