Disbursement Manager at Tenakata

The Disbursement Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing the end-to-end loan disbursement process, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant disbursement of funds to clients while maintaining portfolio quality and operational efficiency.

What You Will Do

• Oversee all loan disbursement processes.
• Approve and authorize disbursements within delegated limits.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of disbursements in the system.
• Drive portfolio growth through effective disbursement strategies and client engagement.
• Ensure all disbursements meet regulatory and internal compliance requirements.
• Monitor disbursement risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly disbursement reports.
• Track disbursement performance against targets and identify bottlenecks.
• Address client queries and resolve disbursement-related issues.
• Conduct training and capacity building on processes and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business.(Mandatory)
• 5 to 7 yrs experience in loan disbursement/financial services (3 yrs managerial)
• Strong knowledge of disbursement processes, compliance & controls.
• Experience with digital lending/core banking systems.
• Leadership, analytical & reporting skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.
