    Discipleship Director

    • We seek a competent and accountable professional with a solid work ethic and a diversity of managerial talents in the discipleship field with a track record of meeting the needs and desires of even the most demanding teams.
    • A leader dedicated to excellence and has a track record of strict deadlines and exceeding expectations.
    • He or she will provide a strategy to develop and oversee the overall direction for multiplying disciples and partner churches, focusing on unreached people groups in the operation focus areas of F4H East Africa.
    • He will also train local community and partner church leaders to become disciple-makers themselves through coaching and providing accountability to help them reach their goals. This position requires that the person resides in North Rift, Kenya, where the office is located. It also involves frequent traveling to remote locations within Kenya or surrounding countries.

    Reporting to the National Director

    Essential criteria & qualifications:

    A strong spiritual foundation, leadership and organizational skills, and the ability to develop and manage discipleship programs. 

    • Bachelor’s Degree Theology or bachelor’s degree in education or social sciences with a Diploma in Theology from recognized institutions. 
    • A minimum of 5 years of experience managing discipleship programs or Christian Ministry programs
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to individuals and groups diplomatically and tactfully and proficiency in recruiting, training, and motivating volunteers.
    • Must be courteous and of high integrity, especially in high-pressure situations.
    • Self-starter and self-motivator with the ability to work in a multicultural setting.
    • Must be a team player and can execute and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
    • A passion for helping others grow in their faith and strong interpersonal abilities
