Job Description

Requirements

• A minimum period of ten (10) years’ relevant work experience;
• Minimum thirty (30) years of age
• A minimum KCSE mean Grade D (plain) or its equivalent from a recognized institution;
• Valid driving license free from any current endorsements(s) for Class BCE 
• Valid Certificate of Good Conduct from the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI)
• Valid PSV license 
• Willingness to work beyond official working hours and during weekends

 Added advantage:

• A Certificate of Suitability test for drivers from the Ministry of Roads and Public Works
• A Defensive Driving Certificate from Automobile Association of Kenya
• Proven knowledge of motor vehicle mechanics 
• A First Aid Certificate course lasting not less than one (1) week from St. Johns Ambulance or any other recognized institution

Duties and responsibilities

•  Maintaining cleanliness of the assigned vehicle
•  Keeping up to date work tickets for vehicles
•  Submitting regular reports on motor vehicle assigned
•  Reporting any mechanical/accident problems
• Maintaining proper mechanical working condition of the vehicle 
• Ensuring safety of vehicle on and off the road
• Monitoring and reporting expiry of insurance policies for motor vehicles Ensuring safety of passenger and/or good therein
• Any other duties assigned
