Responsibilities.

• Prepare lessons that are tailored to driver needs.
• Provide job training theory and practical skills related to all aspects of driving operation including defensive driving, behavior improvement towards the machine, safety and security, and inspection.
• Demonstrating Tanzania road traffic Acts and their regulations.
• Demonstrate haulage techniques to improve work safety efficiency.
• Provide work guidance in accordance to work instruction.
• Perform monthly inspections of workplace and equipment.
• Conduct drivers’ evaluation and planned task observation.
• Documenting and reporting driver’s training progress.

Key Qualifications.

• 5-10 years of experience in the same role with a minimum of 3 years in a transportation company.
• Training school experience with transportation would be a plus.
• Must have Heavy Vehicle Driving and Training License.
• Should be able to evaluate, plan, organize and drive the extensive training programs.
• Must be able to prepare need-based training material and presentation.
