    E-Commerce Web Manager

    Role Description

    • Our client, an online liquor store is seeking to recruit an E-Commerce Web Manager. This is a full-time on-site role.
    • The E-Commerce IT Support Executive will be responsible for managing the e-commerce website, troubleshooting, providing technical support, network administration, and IT operations. The role is located in Nairobi County, Kenya.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
    • Experience in developing and managing E-Commerce Websites
    • Proficiency with WordPress Plugins
    • Proficiency in Online Payment Systems & Platforms
    • Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
    • Network Administration and Information Technology skills
    • Experience in IT operations
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
