Electrical Inspector at Kisii County Government

VACANCY NO. KSI/PSB/EA/16/2022:

Responsibilities

• Assemble, install, test and maintain electrical wiring systems/equipments;
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment and components to identify hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair and to ensure compliance with codes;
• Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment to ensure compatibility and safety of system;
• Offer advice on function behaviors of machine system;
• Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment g motors;
• Repair or replace wiring;
• Write reports about
• Carrying out any other duties as may be assigned from time to time.

  Qualifications

• Be a Kenyan
• Diploma in electrical engineering;
• Demonstrate experience wiring for 3yrs;
• Minimum KCSE C or its equivalent;
• In possession of current electrician’s license is an added advantage
