Key Skills & Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years' practical experience in electrical maintenance in a busy manufacturing environment.
• Strong troubleshooting, repair, and servicing skills in electrical installations.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical plans and drawings.
• Proficiency in computer applications related to the role.
• Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while demonstrating integrity and professionalism.

Key Competencies

• Assemble, install, test, and maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
• Carry out Autonomous Maintenance (AM) and Planned Maintenance (PM) to minimize downtime.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components using test equipment and tools.
• Respond to electrical breakdowns promptly and ensure swift resolution.
• Inspect electrical systems and components to identify hazards, defects, and areas requiring repair.
• Conduct circuit analysis and perform hands-on maintenance of machinery (electrical).
• Maintain proper records of all electrical maintenance activities and spares used.
• Adhere to all safety, quality, and housekeeping standards.
