Electrician (Full-Time) at Emerge Egress Consulting

Role Objective

• Our client a hotel, is seeking a skilled, proactive, and reliable Electrician to ensure the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of the hotel\'s electrical systems and equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of electrical systems, wiring, lighting, generators, and UPS.
• Service and maintain hotel equipment, including kitchen appliances, laundry machines, HVAC, and water heating systems.
• Inspect guest rooms, conference facilities, and public areas to identify and rectify electrical faults.
• Respond promptly to electrical emergencies and equipment breakdowns.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain inventory of electrical supplies and keep accurate maintenance records.
• Support general maintenance activities and perform other duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical Installation, Electrical Engineering, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Minimum 3 years experience as an electrician, preferably in a hotel or commercial environment.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
• Candidates residing in or near Machakos are encouraged to apply.
