    Enterprise Account Manager

    Are you an experienced, results-driven individual with a passion for building strong client relationships? Are you skilled at driving revenue growth and providing exceptional account management services? We are seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at hSo.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with enterprise-level clients, acting as their main point of contact
    • Understand client needs and objectives, and provide strategic recommendations to meet their goals
    • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services to maximize revenue
    • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client satisfaction and drive business growth
    • Conduct regular account reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions, and provide insights to clients to support their business strategies
    • Handle any client concerns or issues promptly and effectively, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
    • Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to clients, showcasing the value and impact of our solutions

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience as an Enterprise Account Manager or a similar role, specifically in the Tech sector
    • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
    • Proficient in CRM software and other sales tools
    • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
    • Willingness to travel as required
