As an ERP Consultant at Hessons Consulting, you will be responsible for implementing, optimizing, and managing enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to meet client business needs. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure seamless integration of ERP systems into their operations. The ideal candidate should be a problem-solver with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in delivering successful ERP projects.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business processes and identify opportunities for ERP system improvements.
• Design, configure, and implement ERP solutions that align with client objectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, customize modules, and ensure successful system deployment.
• Provide training and support to users to enhance system adoption and utilization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring system reliability and performance.
• Perform system upgrades, integrations, and optimizations as required.
• Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Monitor and evaluate ERP system performance, recommending enhancements for efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and ERP software advancements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ERP consulting, implementation, or management.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of business processes across various industries, including finance, supply chain, and human resources.
• Proficiency in ERP configuration, data migration, and system integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a detail-oriented approach.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders and team members.
• Project management experience with the ability to manage timelines and deliverables.
• Relevant certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate, Microsoft Dynamics Certification) are a plus.
