Estimation / Tender Engineer - Mechanical & Plumbing at Master Power Systems Ltd

This is a full-time on-site role located in Nairobi County, Kenya, for an Estimation/Tender Engineer in Mechanical & Plumbing. The Estimation/Tender Engineer will be responsible for preparing detailed cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, and creating tender documents. Daily tasks include analyzing project requirements, utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software, and collaborating with project teams to ensure accurate and competitive bids. Additionally, the role involves inspecting project sites, maintaining records, and providing technical support.

Qualifications

• Mechanical Engineering.
• Plumbing and HVAC knowledge.
• Experience with Estimation and Budgeting of Mechanical and Plumbing items.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Experience in the MEP industry is a plus
• Knowledge of Fire fighting items, plumbing items, HVAC items.
• Minimum 5 years of experience.
