    Executive Assistant/Business Analyst

    Role Purpose

    As a Business Analyst attached to the CEO, your primary responsibility will be to provide strategic support and analytical insights to drive informed decision-making at the executive level. You will collaborate closely with the CEO and other key stakeholders to identify business opportunities, assess risks, and optimize operational processes. This role requires a strong understanding of business dynamics, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations.

    Main Responsibilities
    Executive Assistant:

    • Calendar Management: Schedule and manage appointments, meetings, and conferences for the executive team. Prioritize and coordinate conflicting schedules efficiently.
    • Travel Coordination: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries. Ensure all travel plans align with the executive's schedule.
    • Communication Liaison: Act as a central point of contact for internal and external communication, ensuring all messages are relayed accurately and in a timely manner.
    • Document Preparation: Draft, edit, and format documents, presentations, and reports. Ensure all materials are professional and error-free.
    • Information Handling: Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion, ensuring it is shared with authorized personnel only.
    • Expense Management: Process expense reports, track expenditures, and ensure compliance with company policies.
    • Task Prioritization: Identify and manage priorities, ensuring the executive's time is optimized for high-impact activities.
    • Team Support: Assist in coordinating team meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes. Act as a bridge between the executive team and other departments.

    Business Analyst:

    • Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate insights and recommendations. Utilize tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
    • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decision-making. Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies.
    • Financial Analysis: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Monitor key financial metrics and prepare reports for review.
    • Report Generation: Create detailed reports and dashboards that provide meaningful insights into business performance, trends, and opportunities.
    • Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks in existing processes. Propose and implement solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
    • Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of various projects. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
    • Presentation Skills: Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and visually appealing presentations to convey complex information to stakeholders.

    Key Competencies

    • Data Analysis: Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation. Ability to utilize analytical tools and software to extract insights from complex data sets.
    • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think critically and strategically, considering both short-term and long-term implications of business decisions. Strong problem-solving skills to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
    • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, key performance indicators, and financial modelling.
    • Ability to evaluate financial data and provide insights for informed decision-making.
    • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner to stakeholders at all levels.
    • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Capable of building relationships and influencing stakeholders to drive alignment and achieve objectives.
    • Adaptability: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and work in a dynamic environment. Ability to handle ambiguity and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

    Relevant Experience

    • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant and Business Analyst.
    •  Proficiency in MS Office Suite, data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau), and project management software.
