Role Description

• This is a contract role for a Finance and Operations Director. The Finance and Operations Director will be responsible for overseeing the finances, strategy and operational management of the school. This is an on-site role located in Kilifi.

Qualifications

• Operations management and budgeting skills
• Analytical skills to review and improve key metrics with fluent use of QBO and other relevant software
• Team management skills to lead and develop staff
• Customer service orientation to meet the needs of pupils and families
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident knowledge of school finance, fund raising and HR
• Experience in a similar role in an educational setting is preferred
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, education or related field
