Debt collection and Customer Account Reconciliation: Formulate and implement aggressive debt recovery strategies and reconcile customer accounts.
Receipt of customer payments against invoiced amounts;
Petty Cash Operations: Support in disbursement of funds, posting and reconciling petty cash entries. Assist in the seamless processing of refunds and daily cash flow projections.
Assist with data entry and data analysis tasks, which can include working with spreadsheets and financial databases.
Learn and use financial software and tools, such as accounting and financial analysis tools.
Perform general administrative duties to support the finance team, including filing, documentation, and organising financial records.
Collaborate with the team to identify and solve financial challenges and address issues as they arise.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the direct line manager.
This internship will be at our office in Mlolongo, opposite Signature Mall.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting or Finance.
CPA(K)
