Finance Intern at Greenspoon

The Role

Today we are offering a Finance Internship to extremely talented (almost) graduates. We are looking for someone who likes to work with systems, creating an overview and structure in our business. We are looking for someone who wants to grow with us in our organization, someone who is curious and who wants to upskill. The internship will run from December 2021 to February 2022. The intern will receive a compensation during this period. At the end of the internship period, the intern will be offered a full-time contract if performance has been excellent.

The Finance Intern will get a broad understanding of the Finance role in an innovative start-up:

• Entering financial data in the systems
• Maintaining corporate archive of contracts, invoices, delivery notes
• Preparing payments
• Supporting with stock take
• Enforcing margin and price strategy
• Cross checking purchase orders with invoices
• Supporting on intake new suppliers and products
• Preparing tax documents
• Supporting with monthly reporting
• Keeping track of accounts payable and receivables

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master's level in Finance, Accounting, Economics or similar
• Excellent academic achievements
• Strong work ethic
• Naturally curious
• Comfortable working with Excel and ERP systems
