Finance Intern at Kenya Association of Manufacturers

Reporting to: Receivables Accountant

Contract Type: 3Months Internship Contract

Location: KAM HQ -Nairobi

Internship Purpose:

To enable the intern to  gain  practical  experience while  working  with KAM finance  teaminsupporting the accounts receivables function.

Duties and Responsibilities:

While  under  the  attachment, specific  duties  and  responsibilities  will  include,  but  not  limited  to the following:-

• Entering datainto Sage Evolution accounting system
• Generating,analyzing,and reconcilingcustomer statements
• Responding to customerqueries in a timely manner

Qualifications:

• Degree in BCOM –Finance /Accounts option orBA in Economics,
• Must be atleast a CPA 4 finalist or an ACCA holder,
• Some basic accounting experience is desirable,
• Some relevantaccounting experience will be an added advantage.
