Finance Manager at Summit Recruitment and Search

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing and presenting period financial reports (income statement account, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements and Management Accounts).
• Examine, evaluate and implement cost reduction strategies for efficient funds management.
• Formulate and implement sound policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure adequate liquidity and ultimately an operating surplus.
• Maintaining the company fixed asset register in line with the company policy
• Keeping updated on changes affecting the Company operations with all regulatory frameworks
• Overseeing the conducting of External and Internal Audits that may be conducted from time to time.
• Stock management and record keeping.
• Maintaining good relationship with other stakeholders

Qualifications:

• A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in a Business related field;
• A minimum of 10 years relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial role
• Must be a certified public accountant and a member of ICPAK.
• Must demonstrate excellent analytical, diplomacy and communication skills.
• Must demonstrate excellent financial management skills.
• Must demonstrate planning and coordination skills.
• Must demonstrate problem solving and analytical skills.
• Must demonstrate the ability to maintain good working relationships with all the stakeholders.
