Finance Officer III -3 Positions at Machakos County Public Service Board

Duties and Responsibilities

An officer at this level will work under a more senior officer.

Specific duties and responsibilities at this level shall include: -

1. compiling and formatting financial estimates;
2. taking initial action on budget monitoring;
3. preparing reports and briefs on budgetary policy issues.

Requirements for Appointment

For appointment to this grade, a candidate must be in possession of either: -

1. Bachelors degree in any of the following areas:  Commerce (Finance option), Economics, Business Administration, Business Management or Finance
2. Any other Bachelor’s degree with Certified Public Accountant II (CPA II)   qualification.
