Financial Client Advisor at Oasis Outsourcing

This role focuses on reviewing financial statements, advising clients on business performance, providing training to bookkeepers, and ensuring overall financial health. It's a consultative position rather than a managerial one, emphasizing client interaction, problem-solving, and financial guidance.

Responsibilities:

• Review reporting packets prepared by bookkeepers
• Hold consultations with clients to review the business's performance and give guidance/counsel on things the business can do
• If there are issues that need to be corrected with the financials or new processes, train the bookkeeper to do that

Required Hard & Soft Skills:

• Excellent at financial statement analysis since one will be advising clients on things to consider doing or stopping to improve business performance
• Proficient with QuickBooks Online
