    Financial Controller – Manufacturing

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the accounts department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and financial reporting.
    • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze company performance, forecast future financial trends, and support decision-making processes.
    • Prepare cash flow forecasts, budget projections, and financial reports to support business planning and investor relations.
    • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
    • Lead the preparation of project proposals and presentations to the board of directors and investors, highlighting financial metrics, ROI analysis, and potential risks.
    • Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
    • Supervise and mentor members of the accounts team, providing guidance and support to foster professional development and maximize performance.
    • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements and implement efficient financial procedures.
    • Assist in ad hoc financial analysis and special projects as needed.

    Key Qualifications

    • CPA or CFA certification
    • Proven experience of 10 years in a financial management role, with a track record of success in managing financial operations and leading a team.
    • Proficiency in building complex financial models and conducting financial analysis.
    • Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and regulatory requirements.
    • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present financial information to stakeholders and investors.
    • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
    • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    • Flexibility to work on weekends and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
