Financial Stability and Macro-Prudential Policy Consultant Trainer at Indepth Research Services (IRES)

We are seeking a Financial Stability and Macro-Prudential Policy Consultant Trainer to design and deliver training on systemic risk analysis, financial stability frameworks, and macro-prudential policy tools.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update training modules on financial stability, risk assessment, and macro-prudential regulation.
• Deliver interactive workshops and seminars for regulators, risk managers, and financial professionals.
• Provide real-world case studies and hands-on exercises in risk analysis and stress testing.
• Guide participants in developing and implementing macro-prudential policies.
• Integrate current best practices and regulatory updates into training.
• Assess training effectiveness and refine content based on feedback.
• Support organizations in building resilient financial systems.

Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, or Risk Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in financial stability analysis or macro-prudential policy.
• Experience in training, capacity building, or professional development.
• Certification in risk management (e.g., FRM, PRM) is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, and facilitation skills.
