Job Details

1. DISTRIBUTION MANAGEMENT
   1. Create and update fleet schedule to ensure efficient transport of fish across the country
   2. Continuously optimize truck routes as our business continues to expand
   3. Monitor fleet movement to ensure on time and on temperature delivery
   4. Manage third party partners to ensure deliveries are meeting time and quality requirements
   5. Manage a team of drivers to execute their deliveries
2. MAINTENANCE COORDINATION/MANAGEMENT
   1. Create and update fleet maintenance schedule to ensure all assets are properly running
   2. Manage internal and third-party vendors to complete both planned an unplanned maintenance on time while maintaining a high level of quality
   3. Manage and purchase spare parts to ensure common spare parts are stocked in case of routine maintenance and emergency repairs You will be the primary person responsible for ensuring on time delivery and pickup across our network. This position requires a strong ability to use logic to solve complex problems while working across interdisciplinary teams: you will be working with colleagues all the way from the farm to the branches!

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. 5+ years of experience in fleet management and route optimization at a firm with a fleet of 15+ vehicles
2. Good understanding of knowledge in mechanical engineering and vehicle maintenance
3. Background in industrial engineering or supply chain is helpful
4. Ability to thrive working collaboratively with senior colleagues, solving problems independently, and in a fast-paced environment
5. A successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, ability to work in teams, intellectual curiosity, and ability to structure and solve problems
6. Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
