Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in landscape design, a network of reliable suppliers, and a thorough understanding of the latest trends and techniques in landscaping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive landscaping designs that enhance the aesthetic and functional qualities of outdoor spaces.
• Create detailed landscape plans, including plant selection, hardscaping, and spatial layouts.
• Oversee the execution of landscape projects, ensuring that designs are implemented accurately and to the highest standards.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver customized design solutions that meet their needs.
• Work closely with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure seamless project execution.
• Provide expert advice on plant selection, materials, and maintenance requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the design and implementation phases.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a landscaping designer with a robust portfolio showcasing high-end residential and commercial projects.
• Relevant Kenyan certifications and licenses in landscape design.
• Ability to manage projects from initial concept through to successful completion.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A well-established network of suppliers and contractors.
• A proposal outlining payment arrangements on a per-project basis.
