Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and present design concepts, including mood boards, color schemes, and spatial layouts.
• Prepare detailed design drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.
• Oversee and manage the implementation of design projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications, budget, and timelines.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other professionals to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
• Provide expert advice on materials, furnishings, and finishes.
• Ensure that all design work meets high standards of quality and luxury.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an interior designer with a strong portfolio of high-end projects.
• Relevant Kenyan certifications and licenses in interior design.
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects from concept through to completion.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A network of reputable suppliers and contractors.
• Ability to provide a proposal outlining payment arrangements on a per-project basis.
