    Front Office Admin/ Operations Lead

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality, or related field
    • CRM, Front Office, or Customer Service certification is an added advantage Strong ICT and MIS proficiency
    • 3-5 years in office administration or operations (education/TVET preferred)
    • Proven experience in digitizing manual records and processes
    • Experience in policy drafting, compliance, or safety procedures
