    Front Office Executive

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Diploma or Degree in Front Office, Hospitality, Tourism, or Business.
    • Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literacy and ability to handle emails, calls, and data entry.
    • 1-2 years experience in front office or customer care (travel industry is a plus).
