    Hospital Administrator

    • The Hospital Administrator oversees overall hospital operations, ensuring efficient service delivery, regulatory compliance, and optimal utilization of resources.

    ​​​​​​​Key Responsibilities

    • Manage daily hospital operations and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
    • Develop operational policies and procedures.
    • Manage budgets and monitor financial performance.
    • Lead and supervise multidisciplinary teams.

    • Address patient complaints and improve service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Degree in Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
