    Front Office Officer

    Minimum qualificatins

    • Bachelor's Degree in Business management: Hrm. Public relations Marketing or a related field from a recognized institution.
    • At least 5 years' experience in an office environment

    Key competencies

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong customer service and public relations skills
    • High level of professionalism,integrity and confidentiality
    • Excellent organizational,administrative and multitasking abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft applications
    • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention detail

    Added Advantage

    • Experience in a medical training institution, hospital or higher learning institution
    • Experience in admissions,student recruitment or front office management
